The principals from JFK Elementary are thrilled to announce their new attendance initiative aimed at tackling chronic absenteeism. Consistent attendance leads to better learning outcomes, and JFK Elementary is making it fun and rewarding!
Similar to Madill Elementary's Principal Taxi with Amy DiSalvo, students who attend school each day are automatically entered into a weekly lottery. The lucky winners get the unique opportunity to be chauffeured around the school by none other than their principal on a bicycle built for two!
The first winners, Easton Demers and Aiden Reuther, enjoyed a memorable ride with principals Christina Frank and SueEllen Bouchard, with transportation to the classroom, special area instruction, lunch, and even their dismissal location.
Let's keep those attendance numbers up and make every day count! Who will be the school's next lucky riders? Stay tuned!
